What are my delivery options?

If your destination country is the United States, you can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery orders are free within the free shipping limit (e.g. 15-20 business days) and discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons and promotions.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery Time (e.g. 7-12 business days)

Express delivery cost: e.g. $15 (need to contact after-sales)

Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons and promotions.

China. We ship to all 50 US states (and Washington DC) Monday through Friday (except public holidays).

How do I track my order?

Our delivery time starts from the time we accept your order and includes a 24-hour window to process and ship your item during business days. Please note: this may take longer during sales periods.

Once the order is packaged, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that tracking information may take a few days to become available.
You can also track your order in your account.

Taxes and Fees

Taxes are calculated based on your shipping destination and itemized on the checkout page. Be sure to select your location to see the correct local market price, delivery time and shipping charges.

Option 1: Taxes are included in the item price

We ship DDP (carriage paid) to all locations, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the product price.
